I trained as an astrophysicist and spent years writing peer-reviewed research, where every published claim had to survive critical review by experts looking for flaws. My work in galactic dynamics produced the Wolf et al. Mass Estimator, an equation that continues to be widely cited in the field. That training shaped how High Leverage Analytics is structured: conclusions are derived from the source up, every claim gets stress-tested before action, and verified findings are kept distinct from reasoned ones. The same standards that keep an astrophysics paper from being rejected by an exacting peer review process are what keep a business from making expensive decisions on bad analysis.

Rigor without translation is wasted. Alongside the research, I spent a decade teaching. First science to students. Later, Torah and science to audiences with no technical background, through my YouTube channel and Substack, where the work lives or dies on whether a non-specialist can follow the argument. Scoping Engagement

Every engagement starts here. One to two weeks. Fixed fee. The deliverable is a written diagnostic that identifies the highest-leverage opportunities in your current operations and proposes the engagement that would capture them. The scoping engagement is real work, not a sales pitch. Even if we don't continue, you leave with a usable analysis.

Project Engagement

Follows the scoping engagement when both parties decide to continue. Structured around the highest-leverage opportunity identified in scoping, with explicit phase gates so either party can stop at a defined checkpoint. Pricing combines a base fee with a performance bonus tied to verified outcomes. Project engagements typically run from one to four months.

Continuity Retainer (Optional)

For clients who want ongoing high-leverage discovery and AI system maintenance after a successful project. Monthly retainer with a defined scope and exit terms. Designed for the small subset of clients who get real value from continuous engagement rather than one-time fixes.
